During the opening session, Ambassador Nicholas Burns will participate in a discussion with Andrea Mitchell on the critical developments in the U.S.-China relationship. At a pivotal time in the global security environment, and the crucial role of the Indo-Pacific region to global stability, the discussion will focus on the challenges and opportunities for the two nations and the global community. Minister Ng Eng Hen, along with Ravi Agrawal, will discuss the critical regional issues of the Indo-Pacific, the US-Singapore bi-lateral defense relationship, and vital security concerns for ASEAN. Finally, Lisa Monaco and Liz Sherwood-Randall will have a discussion about the evolving landscape of threat that the U.S. remains focused on.
