Photographers Cristina Mittermeier and Paul Nicklen discuss hope in conservation efforts around the world with Katie Couric, plus a performance by Wildermiss. Its food is legendary, and its chef has become a voice for restaurant owners and workers. Paul Nicklen and Cristina Mittermeier use masterful storytelling and breathtaking imagery to show audiences a future where humanity works in harmony with nature to preserve our planet for future generations.
