John Mulaney is a three-time Emmy Award, Critics Choice Award, and WGA Award-winning writer, comedian, and actor. Most recently, Mulaney can be seen as the host, writer, and executive producer of his Netflix talk show Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney. The show continues the series Everybody’s in LA, featuring monologues, guests, pre-taped sketches, musical segments, and more. Everybody’s in LA was a six-night live comedy series that explored Los Angeles during the Netflix Is a Joke Festival in 2024.
In December 2024, Mulaney starred in the Broadway play All In: Comedy About Love, alongside Fred Armisen, Richard Kind, and Renée Elise Goldsberry. He is currently on the first leg of his newest stand-up tour, John Mulaney: Mister Whatever, performing across North America. Mulaney will next appear in the Amazon MGM Studios film Madden, an upcoming American biographical sports drama directed by David O. Russell. He has also appeared in the last two seasons of the beloved FX Emmy Award-winning series The Bear. His latest Netflix stand-up special, Baby J, released in April 2023, transforms personal turmoil into comedic brilliance. Baby J earned him a 2023 Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special and a nomination for Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded), along with the 2024 Critics Choice Award for Best Comedy Special (Non-Televised). Mulaney was also named one of GQ’s Men of the Year for 2024.
Mulaney is also a powerhouse on tour, selling out iconic venues across North America—from Madison Square Garden to the Hollywood Bowl.
